OK, confession time.
I was, and still am, knee-deep in debt from building my various “stashes” — cloth diaper, yarn, fabric, babywearing. I was very committed to have everything someone–anyone–says is good, without giving much thought to the havoc I wrecked to our household finance, and by extension, our marriage.
Now I am 4 months pregnant, unemployed, and facing the very real possibility of divorce due to my spending sprees.
A couple of months ago, a friend, without knowing the extent of my problem (which I haven’t shared with many), asked me:
Do you want to save money, make your family healthier, and perhaps earn some passive income on the side?
I naturally said “yes”.
